Time to Finish

Come prepared this Tuesday to finish our bows.  We will be adhering the carbon to the bows and making strings this week.  Come ready to work and get this done. We will be shooting next week hopefully...

Also, you will want to acquire an arrow or two.  We have run out of time to make them ourselves.

Uniforms

One item to discuss before our High Adventure trip is the official Team Uniform.  Each young man should own a "Class A" Field Uniform.  Our unit number is 945, and we are in the Utah National Parks Council.  It would be great if our uniforms reflected that for program at Entrada.

We are also looking for a "Class B" Activity Uniform for our other activities so that we look like a functioning unit and match each other.  This is up to us; Polo or t-shirt.  Whatever logo we want.  I am open to suggestions.  Please let me know if you have any good ideas.

Moab it is...

After talking with all of our youth and most of the parents we have set up our summer High Adventure plans.  Entrada, here we come!  Our dates are June 11-15, 2012.

Our agenda includes:

A day in Arches National Park

Rafting on the Colorado River

Mountain Biking through the Moab / Canyonlands area

Climbing and Rappelling

Enjoying some of our state's natural scenic beauty
